Guidelines for Paper

  • Title and Authors: Clearly state the title of the paper and the names and affiliations of all authors.
  • Abstract: Provide a concise summary of the paper, highlighting the research objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
  • Introduction: Introduce the topic of the research, provide background information, state the research problem or question, and outline the objectives of the study.
  • Methodology: Describe the research methodology, including the experimental design, data collection methods, and any analytical techniques used.
  • Results: Present the findings of the study objectively, using tables, figures, and graphs as needed to illustrate the data.
  • Discussion: Interpret the results and discuss their implications, addressing how they relate to the research objectives and the existing literature.
  • Conclusion: Summarize the main findings of the study and their significance, highlighting any implications for future research or practical applications.
  • References: Cite all sources used in the paper according to the IEEE citation style. Ensure that all references are accurate, complete, and formatted correctly.
  • Figures and Tables: Ensure that all figures and tables are numbered sequentially and accompanied by descriptive captions. Place them close to the relevant text in the document.
  • Equations: Format equations consistently and number them sequentially. Use the Equation Editor or MathType for complex mathematical expressions.
  • Avoid Copying and Pasting: Refrain from copying and pasting text from sources directly into your paper without proper attribution. Instead, read the material and then write it in your own words to demonstrate understanding.
  • Check Plagiarism with Software: Utilize plagiarism detection software to check your paper for similarities with existing sources using tools such as Turnitin. The similarity index must be below 35%.
